Good Samaritan Fund: Strictly earmarked to be used for works of mercy and compassion, your gift to this fund maybe placed in the alms basin on Sunday, or sent by mail to the church office. Like your pledge, it is also tax deductible.
Mutual Concerns Food Pantry: Every Tuesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., seniors 60 years and older can meet at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church on Glen and Roslyn Avenues in Sea Cliff. Bridge, bingo, and other games are held; guests give talks on subjects of interest. There’s a book club, exercise class, birthday celebrations and a friendly, social lunch program which serves a nutritious meal for a $2 donation. The Village Senior Bus provides free rides to Sea Cliff seniors. Call Village Hall a day in advance (671-0080) to arrange a pick-up. Mutual Concerns also offers a confidential emergency food pantry for people with unexpected needs
