This summer a resolution was put forward at the General Convention proposing to end the church's baptism requirement for receiving Communion. The resolution did not pass but it compelled many folks in the Episcopal Church to wonder... Is it unwelcoming to restrict people from receiving communion? How are baptism and Communion related?
